Guardian® Green Tea Extract

Natural green tea extract, with added salt as a carrier. Contribute to slow the oxidation of fats and oils, extended shelf life and improves the appearance of the products. Thus, it provides taste, flavor and antioxidant properties specific to green tea.

Spreads and margarines, mayonnaise and sauces, breads, snacks and snacks, meat and meat products, poultry, seafood and the like.

Guardian® Rosemary Extract

Natural extract of rosemary, Rosmarinus officinalis, with the addition of propylene glycol and food emulsifier as the carrier. Thus, it provides taste, flavor and antioxidant properties, Rosemary specific. 
GUARDIAN Rosemary Extract ™ 08 was dissolved in fats and oils, but does not dissolve in water.

Vegetable oils and animal fats, frying oils, shortening sites, margarine and spreads, mayonnaise and sauces, breads, snacks and snacks, meat and meat products, poultry, seafood, granular products dehydrated potato, cereal products, cosmetics and similar products.

Guardian® Tocopherol (E 306)

Very effective antioxidant, which is a mixture of natural tocopherols and select soybean oil as the carrier. TOCO GUARDIAN ™ 70 was dissolved in fats and oils, but does not dissolve in water.

Ascorbic acid – (Е300) antioxidant. Increase the shelf life of products

Slow enzymatic oxidation of the wine, beer and soft drinks. Protect fruits, vegetables and derived products from darkening during freezing, preservation and packaging preserves vitamins in them. Addition of ascorbic acid to meat products can reduce the amount used by one third of nitrates and nitrites, stable and provides uniform salting, speeds up the process of preservation.
